Jason holds a Bachelor in Business Management from RMIT Australia. Jason’s main forte is in strategic planning, relationship management, business development, financing and investments. Jason brings with him an assortment of experiences from various industries. He was an ex-banker with local and foreign banks for 7 years, a consultant at a leading property search engine and also spent some years at a legal firm.

With the above years of strategic experience, he started Principal Strategic Pte Ltd, a management consultancy headquartered in Singapore. He is a strong proponent of ethical business practices, witha key emphasis on due diligence and KYC. As the Chief Strategist at Principal Strategic, Jason is currently working on a number of blockchain projects with his team. He is also a Strategic Advisor for a few blockchain projects as well.

He has 4 years of experience in trading and managing investment portfolio across FOREX, equities, and digital currency.

As a tech enthusiast, Qi Yu has seen the rise of cryptocurrencies since the conception of bitcoin. He has since merged his passion with his profession and combined the best of both worlds. Tokenize is the brainchild of Qi Yu in his vision to create a central community of decentralization; returning the ecosphere to its intimate and engaging roots.

Dr. Yeap is currently a Partner of Invention Capital LLP directing efforts towards the creation, commercialization of novel inventions, investing and incubating early stage companies. He is also the Vice-Chairman ofBusiness Angel Network (South East Asia) and also manages a BANSEA angel fund. He is part of the Adjunct Faculty at Nanyang TechnologicalUniversity and has extensive lectureship and facilitation experiences for both Masters and Bachelor degrees (1998present) in the area of computing and business management. Since 2006, Dr. Yeap is a SCOPE-IP consultant with Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.
Dr. Yeap holdsa Master of Science (Distinction) from University of Leeds and his Doctoral research involved the invention of a few patented hedge fund systems. Dr. Yeap has over 25 years of experience across the infocomm technology value chain that spans industry, government and academia. He started his career in the area of interactive digital media (specifically, computer game design and development) back in the late 80s. He was subsequently blessed to be among the pioneering (1997) patent mapping and analysis alumnus of Kent Ridge Digital Labs. Since then, he has been continuously involved in numerous patent mapping, analysis and strategy related ventures. He has worked with a range of international clients in their IP road-mapping and commercialization strategy through the use of proprietary and open innovation and patent analytics methodologies.
Dr.Yeap was the co-founder of 3i Analytics and together with his team, they produced over 2000 original qualitative-quantitative technology patent reports and he also directed efforts to secure, design, develop and commercialise the next generation award-winning SurfIP portal.He is also a veteran judge (2004 – present) of various Business PlanCompetitions organized through ideas.inc Business Challenge, NanyangTechnological University, National University of Singapore, INSEAD, University of San Francisco and McGinnis Venture Competition.

Yi Ming is a Partner at TRIVE. Yi Ming leads investments and partnerships across Southeast Asia.

He was previously part of the Regional Business Analytics Team at AIG where he worked closely with Insurance experts to lead innovative data driven solutions for implementation across Asia Pacific. He was also the Co-Founder of PolicyPal, a startup in the FinTech/ InsurTech space, where he led the product, marketing and operation functions.

He has also worked with Munich Re Group, the world’s largest reinsurer, where he developed new cyber insurance strategy with the IDEO Design Thinking methodology. He also had experience developing eCommerce operations strategy at Lazada Group.

Yi Ming graduated with First Class Honours from Imperial College London and has attended Harvard University and Peking University. During his military term, Yi Ming was awarded the Singapore Armed Forces Outstanding National Service Fulltime(NSF) of the Year.

Danny Teo Kim Soon graduated with an LL.B (Hons) degree as an external student of the University of London in 1992. He studied for and passed the English Bar finals, and was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in February 1993.

Mr Teo worked with several law firms, namely, M/s Chua Hay & Wee, M/s Lui Lee & Leong, M/s Yong Koh & Partners, M/s Brown Pereira & Co, M/s A. Rohim & Partners and M/s Ong & Co, before starting a partnership with Mr Edwin Seah. They set up the firm of M/s Edwin Seah & K S Teo in November 2001 and had a practice that specialized in insurance litigation, including, personal and accident insurance. The practice was dissolved in March 2007, following which Mr Teo joined M/s Woodworth & Associates as an associate. After M/s Woodworth & Associates was dissolved in 2009, he joined Regional Law LLC, which later changed its name to DG Law LLC, also as an associate.

Mr Teo left DG Law LLC in end 2014. He joined Satwant & Associates as a partner in June 2015. He left Satwant & Associates in May 2018 and joined Advance Law LLC as Director in June 2018.

Mr Teo has been involved in numerous cases, involving personal injury claims that were reported in the local press. He has also been involved in many civil and criminal trials. He has advised retainer clients on company matters and contracts including franchise and trust agreements.

Mr Teo was among a pioneer group of lawyers selected by the former District Judge, Mr Liew Thiam Leng, to mediate their insurance claims in the Subordinate Courts. He has been a mediator with the Small Claims Tribunal since 1996. He volunteered his services to the Ang Mo Kio branch in mediating civil and neighbourhood disputes. He was also a volunteer with the Criminal Legal Aid of Singapore (CLAS). He was a Commissioner for Oaths from 2004 to 2007.

He negotiated various agreements for the acquisition and/or joint venture investment in Power Plant projects in the Asia Pacific region.

He is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore. During the course of practice, He has had numerous notable clients including National Car Rentals (S) Pte Ltd (AVIS), Keng Soon Auto Pte Ltd, Richwest Enterprises Pte Ltd, Deshin Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd, Comex Frontier Pte Ltd, Corrpro Asia Pte Ltd, HKR Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd, Noel Gifts Ltd, Indochine Group of Companies, Richard’s Lighting (former owners of Crystal Palace Lighting) and Looque Models (formerly Elite Models), among others.

He has also acted as a consultant for various companies and advised them on legal issues, negotiating contracts terms and facilitating and arranging financial loans and investments. He has recently been involved in cryptocurrency matters.

Mr Cheong Siah Chong has 32 years’ experience in technology translation, product creation process, product costing, financial control and the running of manufacturing, design house and technology start-ups from A*Star. His company was one of the recipients of the President’s Design Award 2009 for a medical device co-designed with Philips Design Singapore. He is the Vice President and Robotics Lead of SIAA. He was a member of the IoT Asia Conference Committee and review panellist in the Diagnostic Development Hub. He is passionate to share his knowledge and translate more IPs developed in Singapore into successful products for the global market.

He is currently the co-chair for Singapore International Robo Expo 2018 (SIRE). He has done 3 iterations of starting-up for high-tech company since 2000. Since 2014, he has been mentoring in NUS-Lean Launch Pad, Jump-start for 8 seasons with more than 8 teams from NUS, A*Star and NTU. Cheong SC has 5 patents filed under his name up till to date.
